All new CrossFit athletes are required to complete the On Ramp Program prior to joining the normal WOD (Workout of the Day) sessions throughout the week.

The On Ramp Program introduces new CrossFit athletes to the concepts of CrossFit, teaches proper form and technique of basic CrossFit movements, delves into baseline nutrition, and allows their bodies time to gradually adapt to the intensity of CrossFit Training.  The entire program is 2 weeks long (6 Sessions).

Once the On Ramp Program is completed, you can join one of our group sessions and begin to participate in the group workouts.
