Got a couple workouts in so far...gym is crap so good thing we have some creative ideas.

Day 1:  &quot;Jet Lag Diversion&quot;
3 rounds of
Dips 10
Chinups 10-8-6
3 Minutes Rowing

Cover dish:
3 rounds of
10 airsquats
10 walking lunges
10 t pushups
60 sec planks


Day 2: Apollo (From WOD website)
warm up - 3min rowing
For time
50x Push-ups
50x Pull-ups(had to move to chinups halfway through)
50x Hanging leg raises
50x Squats
50x Sit-ups
50x Jumping jacks

I had to divide up and do in 2 sets..didn&#039;t time myself as I did Pullups, rowing, hanging leg raises in gym and the rest in room.

See you guys in a couple weeks.
