Warm up:
3 min box breathing (5 count);
7 min Hip and shoulder mobility

Then 3 rounds of:
2 x pullups
5 x pushups
10 x AS

Metcon: Murph prep partner Cindy style (use outside pullup bars weather permitting)
800m Run (both)
100 x pullups
200 x pushups
300 x AS
800m Run (both)
***Score time
**Can use weight vest for durability practice, Modify pullups/pushups as necessary (jumping pullups, knee or box pushups)
***Cindy Style: 20 rounds of 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 AS
