2:00 min Handstand Walk practice
10x DB Front Raise
DB Lateral Raise

Strength: Strict Press : 4×5 reps @ 85% (1 set every 4 min)

Metcon: 12 min. AMRAP:
6x Clean & Jerk (135/95)
10x Pull up
15x Sit up

Accessory: 100x Wall ball- Sit ups, 100x wallball Russian Twist.
