We started in 2009 as a few friends with a passion for fitness working out in a basement.  As, we began to see the difference that the CrossFit methodology made in each of us, we decided to spread the word and invite more people to try it out .  By 2010, we became a CrossFit affiliate and watched lives change and relationships form.  Before we knew it, we had grown to be 60 members strong in that basement until we moved on to build a 12,000 sq. foot facility.  With the help of our members and several other investors who believe in us, we have created an energetic, fun and positive fitness environment in our community.


Our goal is to have a positive impact on the lives of our Members, their families and our community by providing a “fitness” environment that is always supportive, challenging and fun. 

We believe that the training methods used in the CrossFit Community are most effective in producing higher fitness levels across all skill levels and ages.  


Make no mistake, we are CrossFit through and through.  We teach basic to advanced level classes that focus on functional exercise, metabolic conditioning, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping. Our members come from all walks of life—they are students, athletes, small business owners, stay-at-home moms, schoolteachers, nurses, policemen, military and others.

Our workouts are designed to optimize physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains, which are: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.  We also ensure that you train all 3 metabolic engines that fuel human action.  We want you to be able to handle anything life throws at you.
