As of September 2012, the 12,000sf Mustang Fitness facility is the home of CrossFit Oak Ridge and provides many other fitness-based and community activities for our area residents. These activities include: Zumba, Kids Fitness Programs/Sports Camps, Batting Cages, 2 Full Size Outdoor Athletic Fields, Nutrition Guidance, and indoor/outdoor Fitness Training.

We teach the CrossFit methodology: Varied, functional movements performed at high intensity levels that will transcend into your everyday activities regardless of your profession or your passions. CrossFit will improve your overall health and well-being. We push you mentally and physically to help you reach a fitness level beyond what you thought possible.

If you feel stuck in your exercise routine we want to show you that you can enjoy getting fit whether we are warming up with dodge ball or racing our partner to finish squats and burpees. CrossFit is fundamental and fun! Our heroes and “girls” can knock you on your ass but we will be there to pick you back up!
